4. Information from Third-Party Services

If you choose to connect your Google or Microsoft 365 account to Tower CRM, we will access certain information from those accounts. Specifically for Google accounts:

• Gmail Access: We will access your email messages to sync them with your contacts in Tower CRM and to allow you to send emails directly from the application. We use access to your Gmail account only to provide these features.
• Calendar Access: We may access your calendar to sync events and meetings.

5. Limited Use Policy

Tower CRM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google workspace data for advertising purposes.

6. Sharing and Disclosure of Google User Data

We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google User Data with third parties, except in the specific and limited circumstances outlined below:

• Legal Compliance: We may disclose user data if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws or respond to a court order, judicial, or other government subpoena or warrant.
• Security and Fraud Prevention: We may disclose information when we believe it is appropriate to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal or suspected illegal activities; to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of Tower CRM, our users, or others; and in connection with our Terms of Service and other agreements.
• Business Transfers: We may transfer data to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate change. In such cases, we will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We affirm that we will not use or share Google User Data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the transactions you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, maintaining business and financial records, resolving disputes, maintaining security, detecting and preventing fraud and abuse, and enforcing our agreements.

We are based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Service or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing, transfer, and storage of such information in and to the U.S. and other countries.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.
